Our Mission Statement

Our aim is to support Local Authority Practitioners in establishing a culture where cycling is an accepted mode of everyday transport, which is actively encouraged in a pro-cycling environment.

We will achieve this by:

• Providing our members with the opportunities and facilities necessary to exchange relevant information and experience. This will help them to carry out their work in a competent and professional manner.
• Representing LACA members nationally and regionally in all matters that might impact on how cycling and cyclists are provided for.
• Establishing high-quality infrastructure which is promoted, maintained and monitored.
